摘要
[目的]针对大豆细菌性斑点病筛选有效药剂,为防治此病害提供依据。[方法]利用抑菌圈法,建立回归线,进行EC值分析。结合病情指数及防效进行差异显著性分析。[结果]45%代森铵AS(585 m L/hm^(2),均为制剂用量)和80%乙蒜素ES (165 mL/hm^(2))防治效果明显,达到80%以上;30%王铜SC (450 mL/hm^(2))、30%噻唑锌SC(570 mL/hm^(2))、20%噻菌铜SC (1125 mL/hm^(2))防治效果达70%以上。[结论]防治大豆细菌性斑点病首选45%代森铵AS和80%乙蒜素ES。30%王铜SC、30%噻唑锌SC、20%噻菌铜SC可以作为备选药剂。
[Aims] This study aims to screen out effective agents and to provide the basis for control of bacterial blight of soybean. [Methods] The regression line was established by bacteriostatic circle method, and the EC value was analyzed. The difference was analyzed by combining the disease index and control effect. [Results] The control effects of amobam 45% AS(585 m L preparation/ha) and ethylicin 80% ES(165 m L/ha) were significant, reaching more than80%. The control effect of copper oxychloride 30% SC(450 m L/ha), zinc thiazole 30% SC(570 m L/ha) and thiodiazole copper 20% SC(1125 m L/ha) were all up to 70% above. [Conclusions] Amobam 45% AS and ethylicin 80% ES were the first choice for the control of bacterial spotted disease in soybean. Copper oxychloride 30% SC, zinc thiazole 30% SC,thiodiazole copper 20% SC can be used as alternative agents.
