摘要
作为研究人类优势和美德的心理学思潮,积极心理学对于落实“立德树人”根本任务、推进基础教育教学改革具有积极意义。本文梳理了积极心理学发展历程和研究内容,分析了其基本结构和主要内涵,指出了其主要特点即积极方向性、积极情境性、积极过程性和积极发展性,讨论了其对我国基础教育教学改革的启示。
As a psychological trend of thought, positive psychology studies the aspects of human strength and virtue, which has significance for implementing "fostering virtue through education" and promoting basic education and teaching reform. In this paper, we summarize the historical development and research content of positive psychology, analyze its basic structure and essential connotation, point out its main characteristics, namely, positive direction, positive context, positive process and positive development, and finally discuss its enlightenment to basic education and teaching reform in China.
