摘要
生命科学领域发展迅猛。近年来,个性化药物和精准医学、生物大数据和人工智能、基因编辑技术、癌症免疫疗法、CAR-T细胞治疗技术、蛋白激酶靶标等以及新药研究的新策略与新技术等研究热点不断涌现,为新药研发带来了新机遇和新挑战。国内外生物医药领域始终保持稳健持续的增长,我国的医药市场发展空间巨大。2008年开始实施的“重大新药创制”国家科技重大专项,从创新药物研究、大品种改造、平台建设、孵化基地培育、关键技术攻关等5个方面进行布局,推动了我国创新药物研发和技术平台体系建设,产生了一批重要成果。面向“十四五”时期的新形势、新任务,我国新药研究要以创新驱动生物医药新跨越,向着研制“同类第一”或“同类最优”的创新药目标努力奋进。
The field of life sciences is developing rapidly.In recent years,research hotspots have continued to emerge,such as individualized therapy and precision medicine,big biological data and artificial intelligence,gene editing,cancer immunotherapy,CAR-T cell therapy,protein kinase targets,and new strategies and technologies for drug development,bringing both new opportunities and new challenges to the research and development of new drugs.The domestic and international biopharmaceutical industry has maintained steady and sustained growth,and China’s pharmaceutical market has huge potential for development.The National Science and Technology Key Special Project“Major New Drug Development”,which was launched in 2008,focused on five areas:innovative drug development,modification of drug varieties with large sales volume,development of technology platforms,incubation base cultivation,and research on key technology.The project has promoted innovative drug research and development of technology platforms in China,producing a number of important results.Facing the new situation and new tasks during the 14th five-year plan period,China should engage in new drug research driven by innovation,and strive towards new biopharmaceutical advances and the goal of developing“first in class”or“best in class”drugs.
