摘要
本文综述了化妆品样品前处理技术以及液相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、超高效液相色谱法、液相色谱-质谱法联用、液相色谱-高分辨质谱、毛细管电泳法以及超高效合相色谱法检测方法在化妆品中激素类成份的检测上的应用,对激素类成份富集方法优化进行概括,以期为监管部门对化妆品中非法添加激素类成份的检测提供技术支撑。
This paper reviews the detection methods of hormones in cosmetics and the pretreatment technology of cosmetics,including liquid chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography,ultra high performance liquid chromatography,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry,capillary electrophoresis and ultra-performance convergence chromatography.The paper also summarizes optimization of hormone enrichment methods,providing technical support for the screening of added hormones in cosmetics by regulatory authorities.
