摘要
采用高能球磨法制备出Li3PS4玻璃陶瓷硫化物固态电解质,对制备出的Li_(3)PS_(4)玻璃陶瓷硫化物固态电解质进行晶型结构和电化学性能测试,离子电导率达到10^(-3) S/cm。通过循环伏安测试,电化学窗口大于6 V,具有良好的电化学稳定性。
The Li_(3)PS_(4) glass-ceramic sulfide solid electrolyte is prepared by high-energy ball milling.The crystal structure and electrochemical performance of the prepared Li3PS4 glass-ceramic sulfide solid electrolyte are tested.The ion conductivity reaches 10^(-3) S/cm.The electroche mical window is greater than 6V by cyclic voltammetry test,and it has good electrochemical stability.
