祛风宣肺汤联合自拟中药穴位敷贴治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效

Curative Effect of Qufeng Xuanfei Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application of Self-Made Chinese Medicinal Materials in Treating Pediatric Allergic Cough

目的:探讨分析祛风宣肺汤联合自拟中药穴位敷贴治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年12月—2020年6月期间,于南通市中医院儿科进行治疗的80例诊断为过敏性咳嗽的患儿作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组治疗予以常规西药进行,观察组治疗在对照组的基础上加以祛风宣肺汤联合自拟中药穴位敷贴。均在患儿治疗7 d后,比较其临床疗效、免疫功能、血清炎症因子水平以及不良反应。结果:临床疗效对比,对照组患儿的临床总有效为80.00%(32/40),观察组患儿的临床总有效为95.00%(38/40),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);免疫功能对比,两组患儿治疗前CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)各指标差异不明显(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较治疗前均上升,CD8^(+)指标较前降低,且观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)上升、CD8^(+)下降更显著(P<0.05);血清相关炎症因子对比,治疗前两组患儿体内血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α以及CRP各指标无明显变化(P>0.05),两组治疗后各指标均下降,且观察组下降更显著(P<0.05);用药期间不良反应对比,两组患儿出现胃肠道反应、皮肤瘙痒以及血常规异常等不良反应均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:小儿过敏性咳嗽在常规西药治疗的基础上,加以祛风宣肺汤联合自拟中药穴位敷贴更能调节患儿体内免疫功能,抑制炎症反应,提高临床治疗疗效,且用药期间无明显不良反应。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Qufeng Xuanfei Decoction combined with acupoint application of self-made Chinese medicinal materials in the treatment of allergic cough in children.Methods:80 cases of pediatric allergic cough were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medication;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Qufeng Xuanfei Decoction combined with acupoint application of self-made Chinese medicinal materials.The clinical efficacy,the immune function,the serum levels of inflammatory factors and the adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups after 7 days of the treatment.Results:In terms of the clinical total effective rate,it was 95.00%(38/40)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 80.00%(32/40)in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the immune function,there were no statistical differences in CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05);CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were increased,and CD8^(+)was decreased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-a and CRP between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05),which were significantly decreased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05),and the decreases were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,it was 10.00%(4/40)in the control group and 17.50%(7/40)in the observation group,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medication,Qufeng Xuanfei Decoction combined with acupoint application of self-made Chinese medicinal materials can better regulate the immune function of the children with allergic cough,it can inhibit inflammatory reactions and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.There are no obvious adverse reactions during the medication.
