中药单体对阿霉素增效减毒作用研究进展

Research Progress on Synergy and Attenuation of Adriamycin by Chinese Medicine Monomer

阿霉素是一类蒽环类广谱抗肿瘤的抗生素,为临床上一线化疗药物,但该药物在化疗过程中产生具有明显的心脏毒性等不良反应,以及易产生多药耐药性而限制其临床应用。对中药单体药物抗肿瘤活性、增强化疗药物活性、逆转多药耐药和减轻抗肿瘤药物的毒副作用方面进行了大量研究。本文综述中药单体对阿霉素增效减毒的研究概况,为中药单体对阿霉素增效减毒作用研究提供参考。

Adriamycin is a kind of anthracycline antibiotics with a broad-spectrum anti-tumor effect,which is the first-line chemotherapy drug in clinic.However,the use of the drug results in obvious adverse reactions,such as cardiac toxicity and multidrug resistance during chemotherapy,which limit its clinical application.Chinese medicine monomer has been extensively studied on anti-tumor activity,enhancing chemotherapeutic activity,reversing multidrug resistance and reducing side effects of antitumor drugs.This study reviewed the research of Chinese medicine monomer enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity of Adriamycin,so as to provide reference for study of synergy and attenuation of Adriamycin.
