摘要
为了研究惰性气体对奥克托今(octogen,HMX)粉尘云爆炸特性的影响,采用改进20 L球爆炸测试装置,分别对浓度为300 g/m^(3) HMX粉尘云在空气中以及N_(2)、CO_(2)氛围中的最大爆炸压力及最大压力上升速率进行测定。通过定量分析惰性气体N_(2)、CO_(2)对HMX粉尘云爆炸特性的影响规律,探讨其抑爆机理。结果表明:HMX粉尘云在N_(2)和CO_(2)氛围中的最大爆炸压力较空气中分别下降了42.74%、59.86%,最大压力上升速率分别下降了48.06%、59.99%。说明N2和CO2对HMX粉尘云爆炸特性参数有显著的抑制作用,且CO_(2)的抑爆效果优于N2。
In order to study the effect of inert gas on the explosion characteristics of octogen(HMX)dust cloud,an improved 20 L ball explosion test device was used to measure the maximum explosion pressure and the maximum pressure rise rate of 300 g/m^(3) HMX dust cloud in air,N_(2) and CO_(2) atmosphere,respectively.Through quantitative analysis of the effect of inert gases N_(2) and CO_(2) on the explosion characteristics of HMX dust cloud,the explosion suppression mechanism of HMX dust cloud was discussed.The results show that the maximum explosion pressure of the HMX dust cloud in N_(2) and CO_(2) atmospheres has decreased by 42.74%and 59.86%,respectively,and the maximum pressure rise rate has decreased by 48.06%and 59.99%,respectively.It shows that N_(2) and CO_(2) have a significant inhibitory effect on the HMX dust cloud explosion characteristic parameters,and the explosion suppression effect of CO_(2) is better than that of N_(2).
