摘要
合同能源管理已经成为我国建筑用能系统节能减排的重要措施。在对比三种主要合同能源管理运行模式的基础上,对合同能源管理运行模式存在问题和改革建议进行了浅析,为促进合同能源管理在建筑领域发展提供了一定的参考。
Contract performance contracting has become an important measure of energy conservation and emission reduction in the building energy systems in China.Based on the comparison of three main operation modes of contract performance contracting,this paper analyzes the existing problems and reform suggestions of the operation mode of contract performance contracting,which provides a certain reference for promoting the development of contract performance contracting in the construction field.
