摘要
水轮发电机组转轮裂纹的产生与运行稳定性存在一定的关联性。本文从转轮的动静应力角度结合机组的运行稳定性,以作者的实际工程经验为基础,从不同角度和方面进行了分析和阐述,对于水轮发电机组转轮裂纹故障的诊断和预防具有较大的借鉴意义。
The generation of runner cracks in hydro-generator set has certain relevance with running stability.In this article,from the perspective of dynamic and static stress of wheel in combination with the operation stability of the unit,based on the author's practical engineering experience,analysis and exposition has been made from different angles and aspects,with larger reference significance to the diagnosis and prevention of the crack fault of the runner for hydro-turbine generator set.
