碳纤维增强复合板钻削工艺的有限元建模研究 被引量:5

摘要 为探究碳纤维增强复合材料(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer,CFRP)钻削加工缺陷形成原因以及工艺参数对钻削质量影响规律,基于改进的Hashin模型建立了复合板材纤维相和基体相的材料本构模型及损伤失效模型,并将其编写为VUMAT用户自定义材料子程序嵌入到CFRP复合板材钻削有限元模型,分析了纤维取向、钻头外形、钻头进给速率以及钻头转速对钻削质量与钻削力的影响。研究结果表明:使碳纤维取向多样化可提高钻削质量和板材强度;相较于标准直柄钻头和螺旋线钻头,锥头直柄钻头具有更优异的钻削性能;当纤维取向和钻头外形一定时,采用较低钻头进给速率和适中钻头转速可在一定程度上提高钻削质量。 In order to explain how the drilling defects evolve and determine the effects of the processing parameters on the drilling quality of the Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP),constitutive model and damage model were defined for the fiber and composite matrix based on an improved Hashin model and then integrated into a finite element drilling model for the CFRP composite plate via VUMAT,the effects of fiber orientations,drill type,feeding rate and spin rate on the drilling quality and drilling force were investigated.Results show that the drilling quality and plate strength can be improved by diversifying the fiber orientations.The conical twist drill accomplishes the best drilling quality as compared to the standard twist drill and the spiral drill.Furthermore,when the fiber orientation of CFRP composite plate and type of drill are given,a lower feeding rate and a moderate spin rate proves to achieve better drilling quality.
