摘要
针对螺栓载荷监测的特点,提出一种光学监测的方法。该方法通过结构设计使得与螺栓载荷呈线性关系的显色元件应力处于均匀与合理状态,然后利用贴片光弹原理,观测显色元件颜色从而确定螺栓的载荷。在分析变色螺栓应力-变色特性基础上,通过理论设计与软件分析,对监测装置的显色均匀性和灵敏度进行了分析,得出螺栓在预紧、屈服和破断状态下,显色元件分别显示褐色、黄色和绿色3种颜色。通过对变色螺栓样机测试,证明该变色螺栓样机能够有效地监测螺栓的载荷状态。
Aiming at the characteristics of bolt load monitoring,an optical monitoring method was proposed.This method makes the stress of the color-developing element that has a linear relationship with the bolt load in a uniform and reasonable state through structural design,and then the principle of coating photoelasticity was used to observe the color to determine the bolt load.Based on the analysis of the stress-discoloration characteristics of discoloration bolts,through theoretical design and software analysis,the color uniformity and sensitivity of the monitoring device were analyzed,and it was concluded that the color changeable bolts can be separated in the pre-tightened,yielded,and broken state of the bolts.Three colors of light yellow,gold,and green are displayed.The test of the color changeable bolt prototype proves that the color changeable bolt can effectively monitor the load state of the bolt.
