我国茶小绿叶蝉对7种杀虫剂的敏感性测定 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]本研究旨在探明我国茶小绿叶蝉田间种群对7种杀虫剂的敏感性。[方法]采用浸叶法测定我国四大茶区5个茶小绿叶蝉田间种群对联苯菊酯、吡虫啉、茚虫威、虫螨腈、唑虫酰胺、噻嗪酮和吡丙醚7种杀虫剂的敏感性;并计算致死中浓度(LC 50)、95%置信区间和抗性倍数(resistance ratio,RR)。[结果]5个茶小绿叶蝉种群对噻嗪酮(抗性倍数为0.6~1.4)、吡丙醚(1.0~1.1)、唑虫酰胺(1.2~2.4)、联苯菊酯(0.8~4.4)、虫螨腈(0.6~3.7)和吡虫啉(0.5~2.0)为敏感水平;南京、福安和贵阳种群对茚虫威为敏感水平(1.3~3.2),而信阳和六安种群已表现出低水平抗性(5.6~8.0)。[结论]我国四大茶区的茶小绿叶蝉田间种群对噻嗪酮等6种杀虫剂仍较敏感,但河南信阳和安徽六安种群对茚虫威存在抗性风险。 [Objectives]This study comparatively evaluated the susceptibilities to seven insecticides among field populations of Empoasca onukii in China.[Methods]The leaf-dip method was used to determine the susceptibility levels of five field populations of E.onukii concerning seven insecticides,including bifenthrin,imidacloprid,indoxacarb chlorfenapyr,tolfenpyrad,buprofezin and pyriproxyfen,in four major tea regions in China.Lethal concentration values(LC 50)and their 95%fiducial limits were estimated,and resistance ratio(RR)was calculated.[Results]The results showed that the resistance of E.onukii to buprofezin(RR=0.6-1.4),pyriproxyfen(1.0-1.1),tolfenpyrad(1.2-2.4),bifenthrin(0.8-4.4),chlorfenapyr(0.6-3.7)and imidacloprid(0.5-2.0)maintained susceptible levels.For indoxacarb,although the populations of Nanjing,Fu’an and Guiyang maintained susceptible levels(1.3-3.2),the populations of Xinyang and Lu’an developed low-level resistance(5.6-8.0).[Conclusions]The results showed that the E.onukii kept sensitive to most of the tested insecticides,but the populations of Lu’an and Xinyang existed resistance risk to indoxacarb.
