为了提高土地利用总体规划数据库增量更新工作的效率,本文在分析土地利用总体规划数据库增量更新工作现状的基础上,结合MapGIS10 Objects开发技术流程,在.NET Framework框架下应用C#语言开发定制了土地利用总体规划数据库增量更新前后面积的快速对比工具。通过实际应用,同以往手动一一比对地块去进行规划面积核查相比,大大缩短了工作时间。
