凭祥市边境旅游与边境贸易耦合协调研究

Research on Coupling and Coordinating betweenthe Border Tourism and Border Trade in Pingxiang City

以凭祥市为例,借鉴物理学中耦合理论,采用耦合协调模型研究了2009—2019年凭祥市边境旅游与边境贸易耦合协调度与协调发展情况。结果表明:(1)在观察期内凭祥市边境旅游与边境贸易均有着显著的提升,且边境旅游发展快于边境贸易;(2)凭祥市边境旅游与边境贸易耦合度与耦合协调度变化大体相似,边境旅游经历了磨合阶段-稳定阶段;边境贸易则经历了低水平耦合协调—中水平耦合协调—高水平耦合协调;(3)边境贸易规模、边境旅游经济发展水平与耦合协调度的灰色关联度位于前2位,具体位次排序为边境贸易规模>边境旅游经济发展水平>边境贸易效益>边境旅游市场规模>边境旅游服务能力>边境口岸出入境游水平>边境贸易发展速度。最后结合研究结果与发展现状提出了提升建议,以促进凭祥市边境旅游与边境贸易形成相互促进、共同繁荣的良好态势。

Taking Pingxiang City as an example,this paper has measured the degree of coupling and coordinating between the border tourism and border trade in Pingxiang from 2009 to 2019and its coordinated development by applying the coupling theory in physics,the coupling coordination model,gray correlation analysis model.The results show that:(1)Pingxiang's border tourism and border trade have increased significantly during the observation period,and its border tourism has developed faster than border trade;(2)the changes in the degrees of both the coupling degree and the coupling coordination between Pingxiang's border tourism and border trade are roughly similar with each other,wherethe border tourism has gone through a process of running-in phase—a stable phase while the border trade has gone through a process of low-level coupling coordinationphase-medium-level coupling coordinationphase—high-level coupling coordinationphase;(3)the gray correlation degree between the scale of border trade,the level of border tourism economic development and the degree of coupling coordination rank the top two positions,as follows:border trade scale>border tourism economic development level>border trade benefits>border tourism market size>border tourism service capacity>border port entry and exit tourism level>border trade development speed.Finally,based on the research findings and the current development situation,suggestions to promote the formation of a good situation of mutual promotion and common prosperity of border tourism and border trade in Pingxiang are put forward.
