1+X证书制度下“双师型”教师评价体系构建研究——基于层次分析法和模糊数学理论

Study on the Construction of the Evaluation System of“Double-Quality”Teachers under the 1+X Certificate System——Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Mathematics Theory

“双师型”教师评价是师资队伍建设的重要环节。评价体系的构建要科学合理,这样才能使得整个评价过程更加公平公正,进而充分地发挥出考核评价的作用和价值。从师德师风、教学能力、技能水平、科研能力四个方面出发,运用层次分析法建立分层次的“双师型”教师评价指标的数学模型,再利用模糊数学综合评价法进行评价。选取某高职院校1+X证书制度试点专业教师进行实例研究,为“双师型”教师评价考核工作提供参考。

The evaluation of“double-qualified”teachers plays an important role in the construction of the faculty.Hence,an scientific and reasonable formulation of the evaluation system is needed for an more fair and just evaluation process so as to give full play to its role and value.The thesis is based on the four aspects of teacher ethics,teaching ability,skill level,and scientific research ability to establish a hierarchical“double-qualified”teacher evaluation index mathematical model,by combining the thought of analytic hierarchy process and applies the comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics in evaluation.The cases of pilot professional teachers of a 1+X certificate system in a higher vocational college are selected to provide references for the evaluation and assessment of“dual-qualified”teachers.
