藏区医院信息化建设的现状及未来发展方向

Present Situation and Future Development Direction of Informatization Construction in Tibetan Hospitals

我国藏区医院信息化建设存在很多问题。在我们深入了解并参与藏区医院的信息化建设后,通过实地观察、参与实施及总结分析,发现藏区医院在当前信息化建设中的确存在一些需要改进的情况,如信息化建设起步较晚、功能不全;信息化建设相关制度建立不全或落实不到位;藏区医院信息化人才队伍薄弱以及特殊的藏区环境等,共同导致藏区医院信息化建设推广受限。此文中,我们结合内地信息化发展的现状,对藏区医院信息化的发展提出了一些建议和改进措施。

There are many problems in the information construction of Tibetan hospitals in China.After we deeply understood and participated in the informatization construction of Tibetan hospitals,through on-the-spot observation,participation in the implementation and summary analysis,it was found that Tibetan hospitals did have some problems that need to be improved in the current informatization construction,such as late start of information construction and incomplete functions;incomplete establishment or implementation of systems related to information construction;the weak informatization talent team of Tibetan hospitals and the special Tibetan environment jointly lead to the limited promotion of informatization construction of Tibetan hospitals.In this paper,combined with the status quo of informatization development in the mainland,we put forward some suggestions and improvement measures for the informatization development of Tibetan hospitals.
