复合羧酸胺阻锈剂对氯盐侵蚀下钢筋锈蚀的抑制作用 被引量:4

摘要 针对由有机阻锈剂、无机钼酸盐和水复合制得的新型复合羧酸胺阻锈剂,通过电化学线性极化测试、电化学阻抗谱测试、动电位极化曲线测试、挂片干湿循环结合形貌、成分分析,研究了混凝土模拟孔溶液中不同浓度复合羧酸胺阻锈剂对钢筋的电化学和阻锈行为。结果表明:随该复合阻锈剂浓度的增大,线性极化电阻增大,腐蚀电流密度降低,钢筋表面膜电阻、电荷转移电阻增大,点蚀电位增高,干湿循环挂片锈蚀面积降低,钢筋耐氯离子腐蚀能力增强,阻锈效率显著提高;同时,该阻锈剂对混凝土的凝结时间和力学性能无不利影响。 The compound carboxylic acid amine inhibitor was prepared by the combination of organic inhibitor,inorganic molybdate and water.The electrochemical and rust-inhibiting behaviors of compound carboxylic acid amine inhibitor with different concentrations in concrete simulated pore solution on steel bars were studied through electrochemical linear polarization test,electrochemical impedance spectrums(EIS),potentiodynamic polarization curve test,and wetting-drying tests and with the combination of morphology and composition analysis.The results show that with the increase of the compound inhibitor concentration,the linear polarization resistance increases,the corrosion current density decreases,the surface film resistance and charge transfer resistance of the steel bar increase,the pitting potential increases,and the corrosion area of the dry-wet cycle coupon decreases,the corrosion resistance of steel bars is enhanced,and the rust-inhibiting efficiency is significantly improved.At the same time,the composite organic inhibitor has no adverse effect on the setting time and mechanical properties of concrete.
