摘要
研究了砂级配和含泥量对机喷抹灰砂浆力学性能和可施工性能的影响。结果表明:砂的细度模数对机喷抹灰砂浆的压折比影响不明显,但对砂浆的拉伸粘结强度影响较大,砂的细度模数应控制在2.1~2.5。含泥量过大对砂浆的工作性能和力学性能均有较大的负面影响,当含泥量为8%时,砂浆的拉伸粘结强度较含泥量为0时降低了30.2%。建议机喷抹灰砂浆制备时宜控制砂的含泥量不高于4%。
In this study,the effect of particle size distribution and mud content of sands on the mechanical and constructability properties of sprayed plastering mortar were investigated.The results showed that there was seldom correlation between the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength and sand fineness modulus.While,the fineness modulus of sand was controlled at 2.1~2.5,a great correlation between tensile bond strength and the fineness modulus was found.It was showed that excessive mud content had a great negative impact on the working and mechanical properties of mortar,when the mud content was 8%,the tensile bond strength decreased 30.2% compared to that without mud,it was suggested that the mud content of sand should not be higher than 4% during the preparation of sprayed plastering mortar.
