填充相变材料的新型套管式蓄放热装置性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 对用于余热回收且填充相变材料的新型套管式蓄热放热装置及其蓄放热循环系统的换热性能进行了实验研究,测试了相变蓄热放热装置的出口温度、换热量及用热装置散热器进出口温度的变化规律。实验结果显示,相变换热装置入口温度越高、流量越大、蓄热时间越长时,换热装置平均换热量越高、用热装置的放热时间越长,且在热水入口温度80℃、流量100 kg/h时,蓄热时间约190 min,平均换热量达830 W,放热时间约350 min。 The heat transfer performance of the casing-type heat storage and release device and its heat storage and release cycle system used for waste heat recovery and filled with phase change materials was experimentally studied.The outlet temperature and heat exchange amount of the phase change heat storage and release device and the change law of the inlet and outlet temperature of the heat sink of the heat-using device were tested.The experimental results show that the higher the inlet temperature,the higher the flow rate and the longer the heat storage time,the higher the average heat exchange and the longer the heat release time of the heat using device.And at the inlet water temperature of 80℃ and flow rate of 100 kg/h,the heat storage time is about 190 min,the average heat exchange reaches 830 W,while the heat release time is approx 350 min.
