摘要 为适应装配式建筑发展,开发了具有施工快捷、满足管线分离、升温快、质量轻等优点的架空地面体系,包括架空地板模块、干式地暖模块和瓷砖饰面层,重点研究无机矿物板的力学性能、干式地暖板的压缩强度和点荷载、瓷砖面层与地暖板的粘结强度等,此体系各项性能均能满足相关标准要求。 In order to adapt to the development of prefabricated buildings,an overhead floor system has been developed with the advantages of fast construction,pipeline separation,fast heating,and light weight,including overhead floor module,dry floor heating module and ceramic tile surface.This paper focuses on the mechanical properties of inorganic mineral board,the compressive strength and the point load of dry floor heating board and the bonding strength of tile surface layer and floor heating board.Various properties of this system can meet the requirements of relevant standards.
