化工工艺的安全设计不仅直接决定着化工行业的生产效率以及生产质量,而且会对化工生产人员的财产安全以及生命安全带来十分严重的威胁。在工业设计当中各个环节都存在着非常大的危险,对于这些危险要进行迅速的识别以及高效的控制。基于此,主要对化工工艺设计当中所存在的安全问题以及相对应的控制措施进行了探究以及解析。

The safety design of the chemical process not only directly determines the production efficiency and production quality of the chemical industry,but also poses a very serious threat to the property safety and life safety of chemical production personnel.There are very big dangers in all aspects of industrial design,and we need to quickly identify and efficiently control these dangers.Based on this,this article mainly conducts a simple exploration and analysis of the safety issues and corresponding control measures in the chemical process design.
