摘要 安全仪表系统作为我国化工生产的重要组成部分,能够有效提升相关企业生产设备运行效率,增强企业市场竞争力和社会影响力。由于目前化工安全仪表系统中存在选型设计不当、风险分析不全、检测周期不明确等问题,制约着化工行业创新发展。因此,只有制定和完善全生命周期管理制度,加强化工安全仪表系统运行效率,才能更好地满足社会发展要求。基于此,着重分析和探讨了化工安全仪表系统全生命周期管理策略。 As an important part of China’s chemical production,safety instrumented system can effectively improve the operation efficiency of production equipment of related enterprises,enhance the market competitiveness and social influence of enterprises.At present,there are some problems in the chemical safety instrument system,such as improper selection and design,incomplete risk analysis and unclear detection cycle,which restrict the innovation and development of the chemical industry.Therefore,only by formulating and improving the whole life cycle management system and strengthening the operation efficiency of chemical safety instrument system,can we better meet the requirements of social development.Based on this,this paper focuses on the analysis and discussion of the whole life cycle management strategy of chemical safety instrument system,in order to provide reference for relevant managers.
