在化工企业运行中,工艺管道的施工质量是影响企业生产质量的重要影响因素。主要介绍了化工厂房内工艺管道安装的施工工艺,包括管道预制、管道安装、焊接、试压等,并对管道安装施工的施工质量管理方案进行了分析。

In the operation of chemical enterprises,the construction quality of process pipeline has become an important factor affecting the production quality of enterprises.In this study,this paper further introduces the construction technology of process pipeline installation in chemical plant,including pipeline prefabrication,pipeline installation,welding,pressure test,etc,and then analyzes the construction quality management scheme of pipeline installation construction.
