化工工艺设计现状及存在问题

The Status Quo and Existing Problems of Chemical Process Design

随着我国经济的迅猛发展和科学技术的进步,化工生产工艺也在不断的变革和创新,这给化工业发展带来了全新的动力。但是我国目前的化工生产工艺相对滞后,并且安全性较低、成本投入大、环境污染严重的问题愈发凸显。因此,为了促进化工行业的稳定发展,也为了我国环境保护政策的落实,需不断优化化工工艺设计,将科学技术有机融入其中,使化工生产更加现代化,促进化工企业的长远发展。基于此,分析了化工工艺设计现状,并阐述了目前存在的问题,提出了有效解决措施。

With the rapid development of my country’s economy and the advancement of science and technology,chemical production processes are constantly changing and innovating,which has brought new impetus to the development of the chemical industry.However,my country’s current chemical production process is relatively lagging behind,and the problems of low safety,large cost investment and serious environmental pollution have become more and more prominent.Therefore,in order to promote the stable development of the chemical industry and the implementation of my country's environmental protection policy,it is necessary to continuously optimize the chemical process design,integrate science and technology into it,and modernize chemical production and promote the long-term development of chemical enterprises.Based on this,this article analyzes the status quo of chemical process design,expounds the current problems,and puts forward effective solutions.
