摘要
化工生产普遍具有较高的危险性,近几年,随着我国化工行业的不断发展,生产安全事故也不断增多,因此,如何通过有效的工艺危险分析,提高化工生产的安全性成为社会关注的焦点。简要阐述了工艺危害分析(PHA)的概念、功能及主要方法,并概述了PHA在化工设计中的具体实施流程,以提升我国化工企业化工设计阶段工艺危害分析能力,从而切实提高化工生产的安全性,推动行业的健康、稳定发展。
Chemical production generally has high risks.In recent years,with the continuous development of my country’s chemical industry,production safety accidents have also increased.Therefore,how to improve the safety of chemical production through effective process hazard analysis has become a society The focus of attention.Briefly describe the concept,function and main methods of process hazard analysis(PHA),and outline the specific implementation process of PHA in chemical design,in order to improve the process hazard analysis ability of chemical enterprises in the chemical design stage of our country,so as to effectively improve the safety of chemical production Promote the healthy and stable development of the industry.
