新型微乳化切削液的配制方法和性能

摘要 针对新型微乳化切削液的配制与性能进行研究,以20号机油(环烷基)为基本原料,通过与防锈剂、偶合剂、表面活性剂以及化学辅料进行融合的方式寻找最佳配合比,从而研制出新型微乳化切削液。研制出的新型微乳化切削液应当具有良好的润滑性、防锈性、高冷却性以及易清洗性,并且微乳化切削液还应当无毒无味、对皮肤无腐蚀性等特点,进而使刀具的使用寿命能够得到延长,在工作中发挥出最佳的经济效果。 The configuration and performance of a new microemulsion Cutting fluid were studied.The new microemulsion Cutting fluid was developed by using 20 engine oil(napHthenic base)as the basic raw material and blending with antirust agent,coupling agent,surfactant and chemical auxiliary materials.The new microemulsion Cutting Fluid developed should have good lubricity,antirust,high cooling and easy cleaning.Moreover,the microemulsion cutting fluid should also be non-toxic,tasteless and non corrosive to the skin,so that the service life of the cutting tool can be extended and the best economic effect can be achieved in the work.
