随着我国社会经济高速发展,化工行业的技术水平以及生产能力也逐渐提升,化工企业的产品质量不仅影响着其他行业的发展,也与人们的日常生活有着密不可分的关系。但因为化工行业特殊性质,许多设备必须在高温高压下运行。因此,在化工生产管理中,要建立安全和事故应急管理两项基本制度,最大限度地消除化工生产中的安全隐患,既能提高应对突发事件的能力,还可以缩小事故的影响范围,避免造成生态环境污染和能源浪费。对化工企业安全管理中潜在的问题进行探讨,提出具体的改进措施,以推动化工行业的可持续发展。

With the rapid development of my country’s social economy,the technical level and production capacity of the chemical industry are gradually improving.The product quality of chemical companies not only affects the development of other industries,but also has an inseparable relationship with people’s daily life.However,due to the special nature of the chemical industry,many equipment must operate efficiently under high temperature and high pressure.Therefore,in chemical production management,it is necessary to establish two basic systems,safety and accident emergency management,to eliminate potential safety hazards in chemical production to the greatest extent,which can not only improve the ability to respond to emergencies,but also reduce the scope of accidents and avoid them.Cause environmental pollution and energy waste.Potential problems in the safety management of chemical companies are now discussed,and specific improvement measures are proposed to promote the sustainable development of the chemical industry.
