工业企业厂界环境噪声不确定度评定

The Evaluation of Uncertainty of the Noise in the Factory Boundary of Industrial Enterprises

随着社会经济的发展,工业产业化发展水平不断攀升,工业企业建设水平和厂界生产能力不断提高。在这样的发展大趋势之下,除了要重视工业企业的建设水平,还需要重视建设过程中出现的厂界环境噪声问题。目前噪音污染已经成为我国社会尤为关注的一类建设性污染,国家先后颁布了和修订了关于噪声污染的相关标准和测定方法。为了更加精准地辨别和评判工业企业厂界噪声,选择使用噪声测量不确定度来对其进行精准的验算和评定。目前关于噪声不确定度的实际使用情况已经受到了多数工业企业的认可,而在实际使用的过程中,还需要根据当前厂界环境噪声的发源情况以及周边环境评估情况来对噪声进行切实的判断。这需要有尤为严密的治理和使用方案方可实行。从噪声不确定度在工业企业厂界的实际应用情况入手,对相应方案进行讨论。

With the development of social economy,the level of industrial industrialization is rising,and the construction level of industrial enterprises and the production capacity of the factory are constantly improving.In this development trend,we should pay attention to the construction level of industrial enterprises,but also the environmental noise problems in the construction process.At present,noise pollution has become a kind of constructive pollution which is of great concern to our society.The state has promulgated and revised the relevant standards and measurement methods of noise pollution.In order to distinguish and judge the noise in industrial enterprises,we choose to use the uncertainty of noise measurement to check and evaluate the noise accurately.At present,the actual use of noise uncertainty has been recognized by most industrial enterprises.In the process of actual use,we need to make a practical judgment on noise according to the origin of the current plant boundary environmental noise and the surrounding environment assessment.This requires a more rigorous governance and use plan to be implemented.This study will start with the application of noise uncertainty in the industrial enterprise boundary,and make arrangements and discussions on the corresponding scheme.
