摘要
为探讨地理隔离对桔小实蝇%Bactrocera dorsalis%(Hendel)种群分化的影响,采集了华南地区大陆及5个离岛的桔小实蝇种群样本并比较它们之间形态差异。研究结果发现,在岛屿与大陆的直线距离为4.8-38.4 km的情况下,桔小实蝇岛屿种群与大陆种群相比,其遗传差异表现为翅面积较小,三条横脉较短,翅脉角没有显著差异,而体型大小与纬度差异没有显著相关性。
Adult samples of Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel)population were collected from mainland and 5 islands in South China,and the morphological variation among the population was analyzed for studying the effect of geography isolation on population differentiation of B.dorsalis.The results demonstrated that the island populations had smaller wing area and shorter cross vein compared with mainland population which had the straight-line distance between the island and the mainland ranging from 4.8 km to 38.4 km.However,there was no significance on the wing venation angles.No significant relation was found between the body size and geography latitude.
