摘要 井下流量计是智能完井设备的重要组成部分。针对现有井下流量计在注水应用过程中存在的如测量精度低、量程比窄、探头长时间接触液体导致寿命降低等问题,基于时差法设计了新型外置式超声流量计。利用设计制作外置式超声流量计结构,并进行流量测试,结果显示测量精度高于1.5%,同时具备高可靠性,为新一代智能注水、智能完井技术的改进提供了思路。 Downhole flow meters are an important part of intelligent well completion equipment.Analyzing the problems of existing downhole flow meters in the water injection application,such as low measurement accuracy,narrow range ratio,life reducing resulted by long-term contact of the probe with liquid,a new type of external ultrasonic flowmeter was designed based on the time difference method.The structure of an external ultrasonic flowmeter was designed and manufactured,and the flow test was performed.The results showed that the measurement accuracy was higher than 1.5%,and it had high reliability,which provided ideas for the improvement of a new generation of intelligent water injection and intelligent completion technologies.
