摘要
针对连续油管焊接过程产生粗大贝氏体组织的问题,用均质处理工艺对连续油管进行均质处理,使连续油管具有均匀回火索氏体组织。对均质处理的连续油管材料的金相组织、力学性能、疲劳性能和高温高压腐蚀性能进行试验分析,结果表明,经均质处理的连续油管机械性能达到了ST125T、ST140T钢级,属于超高强度连续油管。其材料的硬度高于常规热处理工艺连续油管材料的硬度,且具有较好的抗疲劳性能;高温高压腐蚀试验的平均腐蚀速率低于常规热处理工艺的连续油管的平均腐蚀速率。
In view of the problem of the coarse bainite structure produced during the welding process of coiled tubing,the homogenization treatment process is used to homogenize the coiled tubing,so that the coiled tubing has a uniform tempered sorbite structure.The metallographic structure,mechanical properties,fatigue properties and high temperature and high pressure tests of the homogenized coiled tubing material are analyzed.The results show that the homogenized coiled tubing mechanical properties have reached ST125T and ST140T grades,belonging to ultra-high strength coiled tubing.The hardness of the material is higher than that of the coiled tubing material through the conventional heat treatment process,and it has excellent fatigue resistance.The average corrosion rate under conditions of high temperature and high pressure is lower than that of the conventional heat treatment process of the coiled tubing.
