燃烧式释放器是一个测井仪短节,用于携带和投放放射性示踪剂,在同位素测井中得到普遍应用。在现场使用中,受井深、井压、温度等地质因素、仪器自身结构和人为因素等影响,燃烧式释放器易出现故障,造成测井成功率降低。通过对MP38B燃烧式释放器的机械结构进行深入研究,分析了下活塞与滑动杆滑脱的原因,对MP38B燃烧式释放器下活塞中的压片及卡环进行了改进。通过千余口井次的验证,改进后的MP38B燃烧式释放器故障率大大降低,提高了测井效率,表明结构改进有效,方法合理。

The combustion type release device is a pup joint of logging tool,which is used to carry and put radioactive tracer.It is widely used in isotope logging tools.In the field application,due to many geological factors such as well depth,well pressure and temperature,as well as the structure of the instrument itself and human factors,the combustion type release device is prone to failure,which reduces the success rate of logging.Through the study of the mechanical structure of MP38B combustion type release device,the factors causing slipping of lower piston from the sliding rod are analyzed,and the improvement of pressing plate and clasp in lower piston were carried out.Through verification in more than 1000 wells,the failure rate of MP38B combustion type release device is greatly reduced,and the logging efficiency is improved.It shows that the structure improvement is effective and the method is reasonable.
