天津市高校、科研院所专业技朮人员全面薪酬满意度与三维绩效激励的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 高校、科研院所作为公益事业单位,是国家科研事业发展的重要主体。本文利用全面薪酬满意度对天津市高校、科研院所专业技术人员的态度绩效、行为绩效和结果绩效的影响进行分析,运用定量问卷调查研究的方式,参考前人研究结论,形成研究假设,通过多元回归分析等方法对假设进行检验。通过分析得到以下结论:非经济类薪酬满意度对三维绩效存在显著正向影响,经济类薪酬满意度对三维绩效有显著负向影响,非经济类薪酬满意度对态度绩效有显著正向影响。 As public welfare institutions,scientific research institutes,Colleges and universities are an important part of the development of national scientific research.This paper takes the influence of total reward satisfaction on the attitude performance,behavior perfbmiance and result performance of professional and technical personnel in Tianjin University Scientific Research Institute as the research content,uses the method of quantitative questionnaire survey and reference to previous research conclusions to form research hypotheses,and tests the hypotheses through multiple regression analysis and other methods,Through the analysis,we get the following conclusions:Non-financial reward satisfaction has a significant positive impact on three-dimensional performance,while the financial reward satisfaction has a significant negative impact on three-dimensional performance.Non-financial reward satisfection has a significant positive impact on attitude performance.
