摘要
近年来,我国集成电路产业在产业规模、产业结构、产业链、产业区域等方面的发展都取得了较好成绩,国家和地方都先后出台了一系列促进集成电路产业人才发展的相关政策和配套措施。在良好的政策和金融环境下,国内集成电路产业发展迅速,对人才的需求较为旺盛,集成电路产业从业人员保持快速增长态势。但集成电路产业仍然存在人才不足、领军人才和高端人才紧缺、人才培养师资和实训条件不足、产教融合有待增强、人才流动频繁等问题。面对产业发展对人才的需求,应该加强对集成电路产业人才的政策激励与引导;利用集成电路一级学科建设优势推动产教融合发展;引导建立企业间人才合作平台以规范人才流动,进一步促进我国集成电路产业人才疑。
In recent years,China's integrated circuit industry has achieved good results in the development of industrial scale,industrial structure,industrial chain,industrial region and the like.A series of relevant policies and supporting measures to promote the development of talents in the integrated circuit industry have been issued by the state and local governments.Under the favorable policy environment and financial environment,the domestic integrated circuit industry is developing rapidly the demand for talents is greater,and employees engaged in the integrated circuit industry maintain a rapid growth trend.However,there are still some problems in the integrated circuit industry such as the insufficiency of industrial talents,the shortage of leading talents and high-end talents,the insuflflciency of talent training teachers and training conditions,the need to enhance the integration of industry and education,and the frequent flow of talents.In the face of the demand of industrial development for talents,we must increase the attraction and training of overseas highgrade talents in the integrated circuit industry;strengthen the policy incentive and guidance of talents in the integrated circuit industry;take the advantage of the first-level discipline construction of integrated circuit to promote the integration of industry and education;guide the establishment of an inter-enterprise talent cooperation platform to regulate the flow of talents and further promote the development of talents in the integrated circuit industry in China.
