摘要 “无文化传承,无雄安未来”是雄安新区文化建设的方针导向和基本准则,依托雄安新区的文化发展规划和时代发展趋势,应用创新生态系统理论推进其文化资源开发的迭代升级,具有较强的应用价值。雄安新区文化资源开发创新生态系统通过创新企业的不断入驻和提档升级注入新动能,注重以科艺融合摸索文化资源开发的新范式,以多主体合作为文化再生培植创意新磁场,以聚合与化合催生文化资源开发的新效应,同时关注社区生活氛围的培育和城市形象的涵育,进而逐渐疏通雄安新区文化脉络,激活雄安新区文化脉搏,实现雄安新区文化资源的创造性转化和创新性发展,助力雄安新区文化建设。 "Without cultural inheritance,there would be no Xiong'an's future"is the guideline and basic principle of the cultural construction of Xiong'an New Area.Relying on the cultural development plan and the development trend of the times in Xiong'an New Area,the application of innovation ecosystem theory to promote the iterative upgrade of its cultural resource development has strong application value.The innovative ecosystem of cultural resource development in Xiong'an New Area provides new momentum through the continuous entry of innovative enterprises,focusing on exploring a new paradigm of cultural resource development through the integration of science,culture and art,cultivating a new creative field for cultural regeneration through multiagent cooperation,and generating new effects of cultural resource development through convergence and combination.At the same time,attention should be paid to the cultivation of community living atmosphere and the development of city image,so as to gradually activate the cultural pulse of Xiong'an New Area,realize the creative transformation and innovative development of cultural resources in Xiong'an New Area,and help the new journey of cultural construction in Xiong'an New Area.
