技术理性内含着“技术”和“理性”这两个因素。技术和理性好像天生纠缠在一起,在不同的历史时代,虽然演变的逻辑不同,但基本没有跳出“理性的技术”和“技术的理性”范畴。技术理性的生成逻辑是物质力量和精神力量两种合力的结果。它天生与人有关,是技术与理性碰撞的结果,具有形而上和形而下的双重意蕴。
