摘要
云南作为中国乃至世界生物多样性最为丰富的地区,担负着保护国家生物及基因资源的战略使命;云南地处江河上游,丰富的生物多样性及其构建的生态系统拥有巨大的生态功能,使之成为国家生态产品和生态服务的重要生产区域和供给地带;云南生物多样性及其形成的多样化生态系统对碳汇储备、调节气候、维持生态安全的能力,成为中国对全球生态贡献的重要区域。本文简述了云南生物多样性及其生态功能,从生态文明战略角度对上述3个方面的内容进行了阐述,为解读国家要求云南成为生态文明建设排头兵的战略深意提供视角,为云南主动服务和融入国家生态文明战略提供认知的抓手。
As the most abundant region of biodiversity in China and even in the world,Yunnan province is responsible for the important mission of national strategic resource protection in biological germplasm and gene bank for the future bioeconomy development.Further more,located in the upper reaches of great rivers of China and Southeastern Asia,Yunnan have become important production and supply areas of ecological products because of its rich biodiversity and the derived diverse and strong ecological functions.Moreover,the ecosystem services produced by Yunnan’s biodiversity has become an important region of China’s contribution to the world in terms of its capacity of carbon sequestration,climate regulation and ecological security.Yunnan’s biodiversity and its ecological functions were outlined in this paper,and the above propositions from the perspective of national strategy of ecological civilization were discussed so as to provide an interpretation for the significance of China top leader’s request to the province for national responsibility of the vanguard of ecological civilization construction,and provide a cognitive grasp for Yunnan to actively serve and integrate into the strategy.
