新时代教育评价背景下大学英语四级考试反拨效应及其化解 被引量:1

The Washback Effect of CET-4 and Its Solutions under the Background of Education Evaluation in the New Era

摘要 近年来,我国大学英语四级考试改革逐渐向综合化方向发展,与此同时,大学英语四级考试依然存在功利化倾向,呈现出重知识轻价值、重分数轻能力以及学生主体性发挥不够等方面的负面反拨效应。这与新时代教育改革发展要求不相适应,其根本症结在于将教育简单化、知识化。为此,必须通过更新理念、创设语言环境、阐释文化背景、改革教学质量评估等举措规避负面影响,进而促进大学英语教育回归人才培养本位。 Overall,the reform of CET-4 has become more and more comprehensive in recent years.However,utilitarianism still exists in the test,which can be seen from the negative washback effects such as weighing knowledge overvalues and scores over students'ability,and not giving enough attention to students'subjectivity,and so on.This is not in line with the requirements of educational reform and development in the new era.The main cause lies in simplifying education into knowledge infusion.Therefore,it is imperative to take measures of updating teaching ideas,creating language environment,explicating cultural backgrounds,and reforming evaluation of education quality,so as to minimize negative washback effects and ensure that college English education can be returned to talent cultivation.
