摘要 为解决新疆某铜镍矿巷道支护难度大、水平应力高、支护应对策略不清晰、支护成本高等问题,以490 m中段巷道为研究对象,通过现场踏勘及破坏形式调查,聚类分析并总结巷道主要破坏形式,开展工程地质调查分析、物化实验及岩体完整性现场试验,揭示该区域巷道围岩属于典型软岩巷道,提出破坏聚类破坏形式的机理。针对各类破坏形式,基于变形力学机制转换,提出各类围岩失稳模式的支护对策。现场工程表明基于分类支护方式工况下,破坏方式所需要支护方案选择简便,便于组织施工,对矿山安全生产具有一定指导意义。 In order to solve the problems of difficult roadway support,high horizontal stress,unclear support strategy,and high support cost in a copper-nickel mine in Xinjiang,the 490 m middle section of the roadway was taken as the research object,through field survey and demolition investigation,cluster analysis.It also summarized the main failure forms of the roadway,carried out engineering geological investigation and analysis,physical and chemical experiments and field tests of rock mass integrity,revealed that the surrounding rock of the roadway in this area belonged to the typical soft rock roadway,and proposed the mechanism of the failure clustering failure mode.Aiming at various failure forms,based on the transformation of deformation mechanics,various supporting strategies for surrounding rock instability modes were proposed.The site engineering showed that under the working conditions of the classified support method,the selection of the support plan required by the destruction method was simple,and the construction was convenient to organize the construction,which has a certain guiding significance for the safety of mine production.
