摘要
研究总结了1例气郁质轻度抑郁症的中医针灸诊治过程。通过分析本病的中医发病机制,结合中医体质学说,认为少阳枢机不利导致气机不畅为本病病机。应用"和解少阳针法"施治,为当今针刺治疗抑郁症提供新的思路和方法。
The study summarized the diagnosis and treatment process of acupuncture and moxibustion in a case of mild depression with the Qiyu type(气郁质).The pathogenesis of dysfunction of Shaoyang(少阳)leads to functional activity of Qi being not smooth is determined,by analyzing the pathogenesis of the disease in TCM,and combining the theory of TCM constitution.The Hejie Shaoyang acupuncture therapy(和解少阳针法)should be used for treatment to provide new ideas and methods for the current acupuncture treatment of depression.
