中西医结合治疗细菌性阴道病验案举隅

A case study on treating bacterial vaginosis in the integrative medicine

细菌性阴道病是女性常见的妇科疾病,严重影响患者健康,长久病情控制不佳对患者本人及家属造成极大心理压力及负担。本病以生殖道正常菌群数量减少,大量致病性厌氧菌增多而引起的无明显黏膜症状为主要特征。西医首选抗生素治疗,虽起效较快但易产生耐药从而导致病情反复发作,预后不佳。中医从综合辨证论治出发并配合西药治疗,临床疗效甚优,远期疗效佳。

Bacterial vaginosis is a common gynecological disease in women, which seriously affects the health of patients. Longterm poor control of the disease causes great psychological pressure on the patients themselves and their families. The main characteristics of this disease are the decrease of normal flora of the reproductive tract and the absence of obvious mucosal symptoms caused by the increase of a large number of pathogenic anaerobes. The first choice of antibiotics in western medicine, though effective quickly, is easy to develop resistance, resulting in repeated attacks of the disease and poor prognosis. TCM treatment based on comprehensive syndrome differentiation and combined with western medicine treatment has excellent clinical efficacy, with good long-term effects.
