两地汤加减治疗中老年女性阴道干涩的临床疗效研究

The clinical efficacy of the Liangdi decoction on dry and astringent vagina in middle-aged and elderly women

目的:通过经典方两地汤加减治疗中老年女性阴道干涩的临床疗效研究,以探求减少激素类药物使用及其反复复发的有效方法。方法:临床选择阴道干涩患者100例,随机将患者分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组予两地汤加减口服,对照组予戊酸雌二醇片1片纳阴。观察治疗前后阴道干涩缓解情况,阴道健康指数评分、阴道萎缩指数评分情况及雌二醇检测结果。结果:治疗组总体疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01),患者阴道健康指数评分、阴道萎缩指数评分治疗组均优于对照组,两组有显著差异(P<0.05),血清雌二醇结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经典方两地汤加减治疗阴道干涩疗效显著,具有简便、安全、有效等优势,值得临床推广。

Objective:Through studying the clinical efficacy of the Liangdi decoction(两地汤)on dry and astringent vagina in middle-aged and elderly women,the effective method of reducing the application of hormonal medicine and the symptoms recurrence were explored.Methods:100 patients were chose clinically,and were grouped randomly into the treatment group and the comparative group,with 50 patients in each.The treatment group was treated with the Lidangdi decoction,while the comparative group was treated with estradiol valerate tablet inclusion from the vagina.Results:The overall effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the comparative group(P<0.01).The VHI score and VAI score in the treatment group were better than the comparative group,and there was statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The serum estradiol in the treatment group was better than the comparative group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Liangdi decoction on dry and astringent vagina in middle-aged and elderly women shows obviously clinical efficacy,has the advantages of simplicity,safety and effectiveness,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
