通便化痔方联合中药保留灌肠预防湿热下注型混合痔患者术后便秘的临床观察

Observation on treating postoperative constipation in patients with mixed hemorrhoid of the Shire Xiazhu type with the Tongbian Huazhi decoction plus TCM retention enema

目的:探究观察通便化痔方联合中药保留灌肠预防湿热下注型混合痔患者术后便秘应用效果。方法:将接受痔手术治疗的湿热下注型混合痔患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组45例与观察组45例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予通便化痔方联合中药保留灌肠治疗。比较两组1个疗程后排便时间、排便间隔时间、排便困难、排便出血的症状积分,比较肛门疼痛、术后7 d内开塞露干预次数以及情绪状况。结果:观察组排便时间、排便间隔时间、排便困难、排便出血的症状评分低于对照组,P <0.05;观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,7 d内开塞露干预次数少于对照组,P <0.05;干预后,观察组情绪状况评分低于对照组,P <0.05。干预后观察组患者中医症状评分低于对照组,P <0.05。结论:通便化痔方联合中药保留灌肠预防湿热下注型混合痔患者术后便秘的效果明显,可明显减轻便秘症状,减轻疼痛,减少开塞露使用次数,有助于改善患者情绪,值得推广。

Objective: To explore and observe the effect of the Tongbian Huazhi prescription(通便化痔方) plus TCM retention enema on postoperative constipation in patients with mixed hemorrhoids of the Shire Xiazhu type(湿热下注型). Methods: 90 patients were divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table, 45 patients in each. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given the Tongbian Huazhi prescription plus TCM retention enema.Results: The symptom scores of defecation time, defecation interval, difficulty defecation and bleeding in the observation group were lower than the control group, P<0.05. The pain score in the observation group was lower than the control group, and the number of interventions with glycerine enema within 7 days was less than the control group, P<0.05. The SAS score in the observation group was lower than the control group, P<0.05. After intervention, the TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower than the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion: The Tongbian Huazhi prescription plus TCM retention enema on postoperative constipation in patients with mixed hemorrhoids of the Shire Xiazhu type is effective. It can significantly alleviate the symptoms of constipation, alleviate pain, reduce the frequency of glycerine enema, and help improve emotions, is worth promoting.
