经方思维辨治布鲁氏菌菌血症医案一例

Syndrome differentiation and treatment of 1 case of Brucellosis based on classical prescription thought

布鲁氏菌病为传染性人畜共患病,临床症状不典型,且极易误诊漏诊,病程迁延,通过细菌培养可发现致病菌。中医学对布鲁氏菌病尚无明确记载,根据其不同症状,病因多为感受外邪所致,机体受风寒湿邪入侵,表现为外感症状,外邪郁久引起发热、关节痛及其他相关症状。《伤寒论》为外感病之"方书之祖"。笔者以《伤寒论》中经方思维辨治布鲁氏菌菌血症一例,效果良好,现报道如下。

Brucellosis is an infectious zoonosis.Its clinical manifestation is atypical,which is misdiagnosed easily and it has a long course.The pathogenic bacterium can be found by bacterial culture.Traditional Chinese medicine has no record of Brucellosis.According to the different symptoms,the pathogenesis of Brucellosis mostly lies in external evil.The body manifests exogenous symptoms after infecting wind-cold-dampness evil.Stasis of external evil causes fever,arthrodynia and other symptoms.Treatise on Febrile Diseases is the earliest book for external evil diseases.The author cures effectively a case of Brucellosis based on the thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment of the classical prescription from Treatise on Febrile Diseases,which is reported as follow.
