反流性食管炎中医治疗研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of reflux esophagitis

反流性食管炎(Reflux Esophagitis,RE)是一类临床多见多发的消化系统疾病。其归属于胃食管反流病(Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease,GERD)的范围。该病西医诊疗病程长、总有效率低、复发率高,主要以抑酸药、黏膜保护药及促胃动力药为主治疗,本文从中医学角度出发,通过查阅近5年相关文献,结合现代临床成果,总结有关反流性食管炎的中医辨证治疗、古方加减治疗、中西医结合治疗、经方联合针刺治疗方面有代表性的治疗经验,探讨出反流性食管炎更加系统规范且有效的诊疗新思路。

Reflux esophagitis(RE)is a type of digestive system disease that is common in clinical practice.It belongs to the scope of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of this disease has a long course,low total effective rate and high recurrence rate.The main treatment is acid inhibitors,mucosal protective drugs and gastrodynamic drugs.This article starts from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and consults relevant literature in the past 5 years.Combining with the clinical results,the representative traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment experience of reflux esophagitis,addition and subtraction of ancient prescriptions,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,combination of traditional prescriptions and acupuncture are summarized,and new ideas for more effective,systematic and standardized diagnosis and treatment of reflux esophagitis is explored.
