加味左金汤与瑞巴派特片联用对胃溃疡活动期患者的有效性观察

Effectiveness observation of Jiawei Zuojin decoction combined with ribapatide tablets in treating patients with active gastric ulcer

目的:观察并探讨加味左金汤与瑞巴派特片联用对胃溃疡活动期患者的有效性。方法:以104例胃溃疡活动期患者为对象,等分为各52例的对照组及研究组,前者进行瑞巴派特片治疗,后者进行加味左金汤与瑞巴派特片联合治疗,分析两组治疗前后的临床病症评分及血清炎性因子水平,评定治疗有效率。结果:治疗后研究组反酸、上腹痛、腹胀、嗳气等病症评分分别为(0.22±0.09)分、(0.41±0.16)分、(0.42±0.17)分、(0.29±0.10)分;降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)等血清炎性因子水平分别为(0.09±0.51)ng/m L、(2.13±0.73)mg/d L、(42.88±18.17)ng/L;治疗总有效率为96.15%(50/52),所有数据与对照组相比均差异明显,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在胃溃疡活动期患者治疗过程中应用加味左金汤与瑞巴派特片联合治疗可以在很大程度上缓解临床病症,提升治疗总有效率,促进患者快速康复,可在临床进行较大范围推广。

Objective: To explore the efficacy of Jiawei Zuojin decoction(加味左金汤) combined with ribapatide tablets in treating patients with active gastric ulcer. Methods: 104 patients with gastric ulcer who were treated in Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yi’nan Cou nty were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ribapatide tablets, and the observation group was combined with Jiawei Zuojin decoction. The clinical condition scores and serum inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment were analyzed and the treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared. Results:After treatment, the scores of acid reflux, upper abdominal pain, bloating, belching and other diseases in the observation group were(0.22±0.09),(0.41±0.16),(0.42±0.17) and(0.29±0.10) points respectively;The levels of serum inflammatory factors such as PCT, CRP and IL-8 in the observation group were(0.09±0.51) ng/mL,(2.13±0.73) mg/dL,(42.88±18.17) ng/L respectively;The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.15%, all data were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05) Conclusion:The combination of Jiawei Zuojin decoction and ribapatide tablets has a significant therapeutic effect, which can relieve clinical symptoms and help patients recover quickly, and it has clinical promotion value.
