乌头汤联合肩三针傍针刺对肩周炎患者关节活动度及日常生活活动能力评分的影响

Effect of Wutou decoction combined with shoulder-three-needles paracupuncture on joint motion and ADL score in patients with periarthritis of shoulder

目的:探讨乌头汤联合肩三针傍针刺对肩周炎患者关节活动度及日常生活活动能力(Activity of Daily Living,ADL)评分的影响。方法:回顾性分析2019年2月-2020年3月就诊于佛山市禅城区人民医院的82例肩周炎患者的临床资料,将40例采用乌头汤联合肩三针傍针刺治疗的患者资料纳入观察组,将42例采用肩三针傍针刺治疗的患者资料纳入对照组,均治疗1个月。比较两组关节活动度[肩关节功能(Constnet Murley)评分]及ADL评分。结果:治疗1个月后,两组Constnet Murley评分、ADL评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:肩周炎患者采用乌头汤联合肩三针傍针刺可有效改善关节活动度,提高患者的日常生活能力,值得推广。

Objective: To explore the effect of Wutou decoction(乌头汤) combined with shoulder-three-needles paracupuncture on joint motion and ADL score in patients with periarthritis of shoulder. Methods: Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 82 patients with periarthritis of shoulder from February 2019 to March 2020 was made. The data of 40 patients treated with Wutou decoction combined with shoulder three-needle paracupuncture were included in the observation group. The data of 42 patients treated with shoulder three-needle paracupuncture were included in the control group. All patients were treated for 1 month. The joint motion [shoulder function(Constnet Murley) score] and ADL score were compared between the two groups. Results:The Constnet Murley score and ADL score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 1 month of treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Wutou decoction combined with shoulder-three-needles paracupuncture can effectively improve joint activity and promote the daily life ability of patients, which is worth popularizing.
