复方斑蝥胶囊联合化疗治疗肺癌的Meta分析

Meta analysis of compound Banmao capsule combined with chemotherapy for lung cancer

目的:系统评价复方斑蝥胶囊联合化疗治疗肺癌的有效性。方法:方法检索Pubmed、Cochrane图书馆、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WanFang),检索时间为各数据库建库至2020年6月。按照纳入、排除标准筛选随机对照试验(RCT),参照Cochrane质量评价标准,采用Revman5.3进行Meta分析。结果:纳入12个RCT,共1047例肺癌患者。Meta分析显示,复方斑蝥胶囊联合化疗在提高有效率[RR=1.48,95%CI(1.34,1.63),P<0.00001]和生活质量[RR=1.55,95%CI(1.15,2.09),P<0.00001],以及降低不良反应(消化道反应、骨髓抑制、肝肾毒性、神经毒性)方面均优于单纯化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相对于单纯化疗组,复方班蝥胶囊联合化疗对肺癌治疗,具有减毒增效及提高生活质量的作用,但尚需开展高质量、大规模的临床对照试验进一步研究。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of compound Banmao capsule combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods:Pubmed,Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP and WanFang were searched until June 2020.Randomized controlled trials(RCTS)were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and Meta analysis was conducted with Revman5.3 according to the Cochrane quality evaluation criteria.Results:A total of 1047 lung cancer patients were included in 12 RCTS.Meta analysis showed that the compound Banmao capsule combined chemotherapy can improve efficient[RR=1.48,95%CI(1.34,1.63),P<0.00001)and the quality of life(RR=1.55,95%CI(1.15,2.09),P<0.00001),and reduce the adverse event(gastrointestinal tract reaction,bone marrow suppression,liver and kidney toxicity,neurotoxicity),which was superior to those of pure chemotherapy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the single chemotherapy group,compound Banmao capsule combined with chemotherapy has the effect of reducing toxicity and increasing efficacy and improving the quality of life in the treatment of lung cancer.Further studies on highquality,large-scale controlled clinical trials are still needed.
