针灸治疗肥胖并发高脂血症的研究进展

Advances in the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia

近年来随着我国饮食结构的失衡,静态生活和工作压力的增加,肥胖及合并有高脂血症的患者发病率呈现出不断升高的趋势。高脂血症同时会引起冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病等心血管疾病,严重威胁到人们的健康问题,因此有效控制肥胖及其脂质水平代谢具有重要意义。针灸在治疗肥胖并发高脂血症方面具有减肥降脂的双重疗效,且不良反应少、安全经济,优势明显。本文通过梳理国内近5年针灸治疗肥胖并发高脂血症的相关文献,从不同证型方面进行总结,试阐述针灸治疗肥胖并发高脂血症的临床研究进展,同时指出临床研究中存在的不足,以期为临床针灸辨证施治提供参考。

In recent years,with the imbalance of China’s diet structure and the increase of static life and work pressure,the incidence of obesity and patients with hyperlipidemia shows an increasing trend.Hyperlipidemia can also cause cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis,which is a serious threat to people’s health,therefore,it is of great significance to effectively control obesity and lipid metabolism.Acupuncture and moxibustion has the double effect of reducing weight and reducing fat in treating obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia,and it has less adverse reactions,which is of obvious advantages of safety and economy.In this paper,clinical research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia is expounded through combing the domestic literature on acupuncture treatment of obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia in the past five years from the perspectives of different syndrome types.At the same time,the deficiencies in clinical research are pointed out in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion syndrome differentiation.
